In a clean bowl, dissolve the Hovabel pap powder with
small amount of lukewarm water. Stir well until you get a
smooth, lump-free paste. Pour the remaining water into a
pot and bring to a gentle boil. Once the water is boiled,
pour into the pap mixture stirring as you pour till you it
forms a thick paste. Allow to cool slightly, then mix in
breast milk, formula, or a spoon of fruit purée if desired.
